Reader, it's just a few hours left to do the most important thing of this year, that will help you to CRUSH IT IN 2025.

This is going to be a short but insanely actionable email where I'll share what exactly I did today to make sure my 2025 will be unforgettable.

Do not leave unfinished tasks

I don't want to waste this January finishing tasks from the last year.

That's why for the last week I was working till 3 am almost every day to finish all my tasks.

Because the first months of the year are the most important months, and I want to start crushing it from January 1st.

But you can't move forward if something is holding you back, so today is your last chance to:

  • Read all your emails, and clean up unread ones. So you start 2025 with a fresh empty inbox.
  • Reply to all the people who you ignored. Just congratulate them on the New Year.
  • End relationships with toxic people around you.
  • Pay out all your credit cards, and give back loans if you have any.
  • Throw away or give to the charity all the clothes & things that you don't use.
  • Finish all your work & tasks that you had to finish this year.

This is not a short list, but don't worry, if you don't finish everything today, try to finish it within the first days of the year, so you can focus on new things ASAP.

SET THE GOALS

Every year on the 31st of December I take a day off and DO NOT WORK AT ALL, I don't clean, and I don't make food. I focus just on 1 thing.

I dedicate this day to drink coffee in a nice cafe, reflect and think what I want to achieve next year.

This year is no different, I'm writing this newsletter from a coffee shop right after I set all my goals for 2025!

By the way, you can check out my goals in this post.

Today, I recommend dedicating a couple of hours before the new year (or on the 1st of January) to think about what you truly want to achieve.

I usually divide my goals into 4 categories:

  • Career - there I write down what I want to achieve as a developer in my career.
  • Business - what I want to achieve with my businesses.
  • Social Media - there I set my goals as a blogger/content creator.
  • Personal - all personal goals, like finances, travelling, sports & health, relationships, etc.

Based on your life you might have slightly different categories.

Make sure your goals are ambitious and realistic at the same time.

Also make sure that you set goals, only if you have a really clear vision of how to achieve those goals.

If you are currently making $1k / month, setting the goal to buy a Ferrari is stupid.

Better set the goal: Learn new skills that will allow me to make more.

Content & Happy New Year

Every year I like to make a short video summary of the past year.

Making such a video helps me to see that I didn't waste this year, and be proud of myself.

It also gives me the confidence that helps me to set ambitious goals for the next year.

Even if you don't make content, go through your gallery, and I promise you that you'll realise that you did more this year than you thought. And if not, it'll motivate you to be more proactive in 2025.

You can check my summary here (or by clicking on the image below):

My goals summary are in this highlight on my Instagram:

Thank YOU for being part of our community in 2024.

There are 5,561 amazing people in this newsletter.

Everyone is important to me, and I try to do my best to always reply to your emails and share as much value in every email as possible.

I promise to keep sharing valuable content in 2025.

I also promise to be MYSELF and talk about things that I genuinely care about, not things that I have to talk about.

I promise to be open and honest in my content.

Thanks for this amazing year, and let's F*CKING CRUSH IN 2025 💪💪💪!

Always yours,

Andrew "Ready for 2025" Zacker
