Reader, it's just a few hours left to do the most important thing of this year, which will help you to CRUSH IT IN 2026. And this thing is MAKING BETS for this year. And not, I'm not talking about going to the casino, I'm talking about YOUR LIFE and WORK BETS. If you make the right bets, your life will 10X next year. So in this email, I'll share MY main bets for 2026, and how they can be helpful for you, and how you can ensure that YOU WILL MAKE IT IN 2026! Personal BrandI don't have millions of followers, but even with just 1.2k subscribers on YouTube, a lot of people in my niche know me. Even with a MICRO YouTube channel, I'm able to connect and collab with cool people. That's why one of my main bets for this and the next few years is to KEEP building my YouTube channel and personal brand. BUT, I'm not planning to film random videos here and there ❌. I could potentially get way more views by filming something like '$1 hotel vs $1mln hotel'. However, such entertaining videos will attract the wrong audience and won't help me build connections. On the other hand, people who film videos like 'I manage 3-star hotels in Poland and increase their revenue by 47% each year' won't get millions of views. But even with just a few hundred views, it can bring THOUSANDS of dollars, because people who will watch this video ARE YOUR IDEAL CLIENTS. And if you keep filming videos like this for long enough, you can become the go-to person in your niche. So that's my main goal: to become the go-to person who is associated with the word "SaaS" and the indie hacking niche. SaaS ProductsMy main business-related bet for 2026 is BUILDING COOL SaaS products. This is what I love, this is what I'm good at, and this is what I truly believe can become huge. A SaaS business that brings $20 000 MRR is valued at around $1 000 000. And $20 000 MRR is just 689 people paying $29/month. Which is VERY HARD, but DOABLE! I've recently found a co-founder 🔥, so finally, after 6 months of building alone, I'll be doing it together with someone who has the same goal, mission, a very similar background and thinking. So excited and happy, I'm sure this cooperation will make 2026 great for both of us 💪. Of course, every SaaS, all the wins, losses and learnings will be documented on my YouTube channel 🎥, so stay tuned. InvestmentsI'm not a financial expert, but if you aren't stupid, you should understand that you won't always be young. At some point, you and your job will be replaced, so you need to save and invest money to secure your future. I still believe in crypto, so I'll keep that investment, and I'll keep investing in stocks. It's hard to predict which stocks will go up, so I just buy the S&P500, and I don't plan to touch this investment for the next 15 years. People and LifeI work hard, but I don't want to waste my 20s just working, I want to build good memories with my friends while I'm young. Every year, I make a final video with the best yearly memories. And 80% of those memories were made FROM my TRAVELS. What makes those trips even better is that I can do them TOGETHER with my girlfriend and friends. So one of my bets for 2026 IS TRAVELLING with PEOPLE. We are all getting older, so I want to visit as many countries with my closest ones AS POSSIBLE while we are all young. That's why I've already planned a trip to Asia early next year :) SET GOALSEvery year on the 31st of December, I take a day off and DO NOT WORK AT ALL. I don't clean, and I don't make food. I focus just on 1 thing. I dedicate this day to drinking coffee in a nice cafe, reflecting and thinking about what I want to achieve next year. This year is no different. I'm writing this newsletter from a coffee shop right after I set all my goals for 2026! By the way, you can check out my goals in this post. Today, I recommend dedicating a couple of hours before the new year (or on the 1st of January) to think about what you truly want to achieve. I usually divide my goals into 4 categories:
Based on your life, you might have slightly different categories. Make sure your goals are ambitious and realistic at the same time. Also, make sure that you set goals only if you have a really clear vision of how to achieve those goals. If you are currently making $1k / month, setting the goal to buy a Ferrari is stupid. Better set the goal: Learn a new SPECIFIC skill that will allow me to make more. Try to be specific! Content & Happy New YearEvery year, I like to make a short video summary of the past year. Making such a video helps me to see that I didn't waste this year, and be proud of myself. It also gives me the confidence that helps me to set ambitious goals for the next year. Even if you don't make content, go through your gallery, and I promise you that you'll realise that you did more this year than you thought. And if not, it'll motivate you to be more proactive in 2026. You can check my summary here (or by clicking on the image below): My goals summary from the previous year (my wins and f*ck ups) is stories and will be added to a highlight on my Instagram. Thank YOU for being part of our community in 2025. There are 5,456 amazing people in this newsletter. Everyone is important to me, and I try to do my best to always reply to your emails and share as much value in every email as possible. I promise to keep sharing valuable content in 2026. I also promise to be MYSELF and talk about things that I genuinely care about, not things that I have to talk about. I promise to be open and honest in my content. Thanks for this amazing year, and let's F*CKING CRUSH IN 2026 💪💪💪! Always yours, Andrew "Ready for 2026" Zacker |
